The Challenge

With structural glazing a key feature of this client’s wish list, we developed a concept that centered around the use of glass and used this element to unify the scheme throughout.

On entering this property, the hallway features a glass corner that creates an immediate visual link with the open plan ground floor.  A half-height sloping glass wall accents the stairway and leads into the main area which is characterised by an eye catching structural glass roof with bespoke supporting glass fins.  Daylight floods in to the entire ground floor as a result, creating an inspiring living, dining and kitchen space.

Our Italian client has a passion for food so we designed the kitchen with the hob in the central island facing outwards to enable a social cooking experience, whilst a state-of-the-art concealed extraction fan glides up to cooking height and extracts under the floor to the exterior.

We redesigned the garden to complement the interior of the house and create a suitable backdrop to this remarkable property.

The Challenge

The strong use of structural glass combined with clean lines and impeccable detailing has created a space that is beautifully designed and finished, whilst complementing the traditional front of the property.

The personal service that we received from Brian and the team was second to none. They listened to what we wanted, understood what we needed and their input throughout was invaluable
